Located in historic Old North End, 3 blocks from Colorado College on Tejon St. This 2-story converted Carriage House is a separate cottage exclusively for guest use with its own private entry and parking off the alley. It is approximately 1600 sq ft with two bedrooms (with king and queen size beds), a semi-private loft (queen bed) and two full baths. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds & nice linens. Beautiful neighborhood for walks, and Monument Trail for running.
The cottage is about 1600 square feet with a small open living room, dining and kitchen combination. The main floor also has one bedroom (queen bed)/private bath (tub/shower) off of the kitchen. The living area, kitchen, bedroom, and bath are newly remodeled, well appointed and tastefully done.
The second-floor landing has a washer/dryer area, bath (shower), a semi-private loft sleeping area for three, and a huge master suite with a king bed, comfortable chairs to relax and read in, a desk that can be used as a dressing or working table, and if you have a small child, there is an area with a 3/4 wall to create a semi-private sleeping area for the kiddo. There is an outside patio area with a table, seating for 6, and gas grill for guests use.
